So far this year, 30 MMOs released on Steam. These include major titles like TERA and Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, along with games who only have a single developer working on them. There’s sure to be something for everyone whether you're looking for vehicle combat, underwater battles, or of course, fantasy MMORPGs. With so many new games coming out there’s no way you can be bored!
The great news is that most of them are also currently free to play, though many of the titles are only in Early Access so they will be changing over time as they are developed. DLCs for already released MMOs were left off the list as we’re only looking for titles which have recently been added. This includes one-off cosmetic purchases, expansions, and founders packs which are labeled as DLC by Steam themselves.
