Peculiar New Wizard101 World “Novus” Stars in the Fall Update

Things have gotten pretty surreal in the Spiral. After waiting months for its arrival, wizards can now unravel the mysteries of the new Wizard101 world, Novus. And while it is still shrouded in mystery there are a few things we do know about Novus and the rest of the Fall Update.
Comprising a series of earthmotes linked only by magical gates, Novus is a mind-bending new Wizard101 world that will see wizards attempt to uncover the secrets behind its arrival, whilst navigating the politics of the Spiral's Empires in order to quell the wills of those that would corrupt this new land.
Speaking about the new Wizard101 world, KingsIsle Narrative Lead, Sam Johnson, said "We came up with the core idea for Novus several worlds ago, but the narrative wasn't ready for it. We've never done anything like this before. It's esoteric, it's existential, and has more political intrigue than worlds past. But as the story, the art, the world building and design started to come together, I knew it was going to be great."
With the arrival of Novus comes a new level 160 experience cap and new spell masteries to enjoy. The new Archmastery stat is designed to help wizards diversify their spell portfolio, curtailing the need to focus on a single school and making dual schools more viable. A new Pin system has also been introduced to compliment this new direction, allowing wizards to choose which secondary school stats they want on their gear.
Alongside the new Archmastery comes a slew of new Beastmoon Forms that work to highlight new ideas surrounding Minions and Taunt while helping to enforce school identity. These new forms include:
Balance Minotaur
Ice Draconian
Fire Rat Thief
Death Wolf Warrior
Myth Colossus
Castle Magic supplier, Babbage Basset, has now hired an assistant - Ada Airedale. Ada will be responsible for selling some new Castle Magic items, including the Fast Magic Timer, the Magic Cantrip Detector, and Cantrip Wall Detector.
